By accessing or using Make the Markets ("we," "us," "our") services, you ("you," "Member") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to the website (makethemarkets.com), the EVE software, the membership program, and everything else we offer.
Make the Markets is operated by 50/50 Entertainment LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.
To use our services, you must:
Currently available in: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, EU, Australia, and New Zealand. Other countries case-by-case.
We offer a tier ladder where each tier buys more access to the operator and the room. Tier prices and benefits are published on the home page and may change for new members. Existing members keep the price they joined at as long as their subscription stays continuous.

Inner Circle is capped at 50 seats. When the seats are filled, the door closes and the price is locked for the original 50 for life.
We offer a 14-day free Spectator trial. The trial gives you:
At the end of the trial you must provide payment to continue. We do not auto-charge trial users. If you do not subscribe, your trial simply ends.
While you have an active membership, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use EVE.
You may NOT:
When your membership ends, you must uninstall EVE within 30 days.
You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing — it does not refund the current billing period.

The Rule Lock does NOT prevent us from updating these Terms of Service generally with at least 30 days' notice — but your locked tier price is protected.
All Make the Markets content, branding, and software is owned by 50/50 Entertainment LLC or Upstairs Trader. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Content YOU create (trade journals, chat posts, application notes) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use this content for operating, marketing, and improving the service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We make no representations that:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 50/50 Entertainment LLC is NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:
Our total liability cannot exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Before filing any formal dispute, contact us at support@makethemarkets.com. We try to resolve issues informally first — give us 60 days.
Disputes not resolved informally are handled through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration takes place in Wyoming.
You agree disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:
We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice via email. The Rule Lock Guarantee (Section 7) protects your locked tier pricing.
