Make the Markets is a subscription-based trading room. We provide:

• EVE proprietary AI trading software
• Access to the operator's live calls and screen
• Educational content and morning briefs

We are NOT:

• A securities broker-dealer
• A futures dealer or commission merchant
• A registered investment advisor
• A funded trader program

What We Cannot Promise

We CANNOT promise:

• You will be profitable
• EVE will prevent all your trading mistakes
• The operator's picks will work in your account
• Markets will behave as they have historically

What Trading With Your Own Capital Means

If you trade with real money (in your own brokerage account):

• You can lose 100% of your invested capital
• You can lose more than you invested (with leverage)
• You are responsible for your own trades, not Make the Markets
• The operator's calls and EVE's coaching are educational — your final trading decisions are yours

Subscription Risk Disclosure

Recurring Charges

Subscriptions are billed monthly. If you do not cancel before your billing date, you will be charged for the next month.

No Guaranteed ROI

Your subscription cost is NOT guaranteed to be recovered through:

• Trading profits
• Following the operator's calls
• Tier upgrades

Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to discontinue the service. While we would pro-rate refunds in this case, you may lose access to:

• EVE software
• The operator's live calls and screen share

EVE Software Risk Disclosure

EVE Is a Tool, Not a Trader

EVE does NOT trade for you. EVE:

• Provides coaching and feedback
• Monitors your trades against your plan
• Intervenes when risk is breached
• Surfaces the operator's calls and the scanner setups
• Does NOT execute trades automatically unless you turn on Autopilot mode and accept the disclosure
• Does NOT guarantee any outcome

Software Limitations

EVE software may:

• Have bugs or technical issues
• Experience outages or downtime
• Miss certain trades or events
• Provide incorrect analysis in edge cases

While we work to minimize these issues, we cannot guarantee perfect performance.

Market Data Risk Disclosure

Market data is provided through third-party providers. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy of market data
• Real-time delivery without delay
• Completeness of historical data

Trading decisions based on market data are made at your own risk.

Regulatory Risk

The trading industry is subject to evolving regulation:

• State and federal laws may change
• Certain features may be restricted in your jurisdiction
• The service may need to discontinue in certain regions

Tax Disclosure

Trading profits are typically taxable income. You are solely responsible for reporting and paying taxes on any trading profits realized in your own brokerage account. Consult a tax professional for personalized advice.

• You understand subscription charges are recurring
