- Messages: Support emails, chat activity, feedback
- Tax info: Only when required by law for 1099 reporting
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage data: EVE interactions, session length, features used
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type
- Trade data: Trades you make through EVE (for your journal)
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Run the service and authenticate your account
- Process payments
- Track EVE usage
- Communicate about your account and applications
- Send marketing emails (you can opt out)
- Improve EVE software
